Annunitum the Main Goddess in the Pantheon of Mari

Abstract
The pantheon of gods in the city of Mari was characterized by almost the presence of a new unknown gods, all customs and traditions, including religion in the city of Mari, were completely influenced by what exists in the civilization of Mesopotamia, with the presence of some other influences from the neighboring peoples of the city of Mari, including the presence of Arab gods, Egyptian gods, and Elamite gods, all of these gods mentioned in special lists of gods that were found in one of the temples in the city of Mari. They used to allocate quantities of food and offerings to these gods, and the most important of these gods, which we did not know anything about the goddess “Annunitum”, that will be highlighted in this research with mention of its textual and archaeological evidence.
