The rapid decision-making, complex treatment plans, and constant monitoring in CCUs necessitate a seamless, multidisciplinary approach to care. This paper explores the importance of doctor-nurse collaboration in critical care settings, focusing on how the complementary skills and expertise of doctors and nurses contribute to better patient care. The article highlights strategies for improving collaboration, the benefits of teamwork in managing critical conditions, and the challenges that hinder effective cooperation. By emphasizing the shared responsibility between doctors and nurses, the article aims to demonstrate how multidisciplinary teamwork in critical care can enhance patient safety, reduce medical errors, and improve overall healthcare delivery.
