Abstract

Emergency care is a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where effective teamwork is essential for the survival and recovery of patients. Paramedical professionals and medical nurses are integral to this dynamic system, each bringing specialized knowledge and skills to the care process. Paramedics and EMTs provide immediate field care and patient stabilization, while medical nurses manage continued care within hospital settings. This article examines the roles and responsibilities of paramedical professionals and medical nurses in emergency care, the importance of their collaboration, and the challenges they face in working together to deliver high-quality patient care. Emphasis is placed on communication, coordination, and decision-making processes that influence patient outcomes in emergency medical situations.
